Got to perform in 54 Below's Broadway Bound show all about shows that never quite made it to Broadway. I was chosen to sing "Everything and More" from Frank Wildhorn's Waiting for the Moon, which is about Zelda Fitzgerald. Such a fun and peppy number. Here is the last verse for you!
Had the amazing opportunity to perform in the Ziegfeld Society's review "Everything's Coming Up Mr. Styne" where I got to perform highlights from both Gypsy and Fade Out, Fade In.
Here is my cover of Stephen Sondheim's Marry Me A Little that I performed at our recent recital honoring this composer just after his passing. I truly loved doing this one.
These are my highlights from Paw Patrol Live! Race to the Rescue with VStar Entertainment, Nickelodeon, and SpinMaster. I played Rocky, the Recycling Pup. It was such an incredible time, and I had so much fun on this tour.
This is some highlights from the show Band Geeks! We were the first university to be granted the rights, and it was such a privilege to share this work. These are some of my favorite moments that I had during the show as Natalia - a trumpet-playing exchange students from Braslovia.
This is some highlights from the song "Big Shot" from Band Geeks! . In this, the two trumpet players - Natalia and Spitz- are battling it out about who is the better of the two.
written by Ariel Daly, composed by Seth Bisen-Hersh, sung by Jessica Threet, danced by Tiffini Dennis, Carly Flynn and Danielle Hausknecht
“In addition to her power-house vocals and illuminating stage presence, Jessica was hardworking, dedicated, passionate about her craft, and a team player able to work and collaborate effectively within an ensemble.
What more could a director want?”
Lisa K. Bryant, Artist Director of Flat Rock Playhouse
“Jessica’s enthusiasm, determination, professionalism, and hard working attitude immediately caught my eye. She came to work ready, prepared and polished everyday. Her ability to make people laugh and smile was a joy to see. I do hope I get to work with her again in the future. She is someone that you will never forget.”
Jaimie Selke - Director / Choreographer - Paw Patrol Live - “Race to the Rescue”
“Jessica Threet is a powerhouse. She’s got a strong, clear voice that pairs so beautifully with her smart, layered acting. She’s one of the hardest working performers I know, and I see great things in store for her”
Tommy Newman (Creator of Band Geeks! )
“She was a delight to direct. Not only was she prepared, she had clear and insightful ideas of what to do with the material. She also took direction beautifully and was open to my suggestions. She has an incredible instrument in her voice. It is very powerful, but has many colors with which to enhance a song. I can say without reservation, Jessica Threet would be an asset to any production.”
Tom Wallace, Director
